Description: This is an easy, quick Weight Watchers Points-Plus Tex-Mex recipe with Salsa and egg-substitute. Breakfast egg-wraps.
Non-stick cooking spray
2 cups cholesterol-free egg substitute
1/2 cup thick and chunky style salsa
4 (8 inch) flour tortillas
1. Cook egg substitute in a nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat for 4 minutes or until egg product is almost set, stirring occasionally.
2. Stir in the salsa and cook until egg product mixture is set, stirring occasionally.
3. Spoon in enenly divided amounts into the tortillas and fold in half.
Yield: 4 Servings
