Starbucks Eggnog Latte Made SkinnyReport Violation
⅔ cup strong brewed coffee or decaf
⅔ cup light eggnog
1 package Splenda, Equal, Truvia (Stevia) or your favorite sugar substitute
Dash of nutmeg, for topping, optional
Makes 1 (12 oz) serving
1. Brew coffee stronger than usual. In a small pot, add light eggnog, sweetener and heat over medium high heat. Stir often until hot.
2. Transfer to a blender and process for about 15-20 seconds until foamy. If you don’t have a blender, don’t worry. Just whisk the mixture in the pot continuously with a wire whisk until foamy. Pour brewed coffee into a coffee mug and pour hot milk mixture over coffee. Stir to blend.
3. Top with nutmeg or cinnamon, if desired
