Mozzarella Pepperoni BreadReport Violation
Diabetic Mozzarella Pepperoni Bread - Delicious French Bread Topped With Turkey Pepperoni And Melted Mozzarella Cheese.
1 (1Lb.) Loaf French bread
3 T. butter, melted
3 Oz. Sliced Turkey pepperoni
1 ½ cups (6Oz.) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
3 T. minced fresh parsley
1. Cut loaf of bread in half widthwise; cut into1 inch slices, leaving slices attached at bottom.
2. Brush butter on both sides of each slice.
3. Arrange pepperoni between slices and sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
4. Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 350◦ for 12 – 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
