Ingredients

broccoli, cherry tomatoes, Raspberry vinaigrette marinade, cheese

Ingredients:

6 cups broccoli florets, coarsely chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup 2% Colby & Monterey Jack cheese crumbles
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
2 tbsp sunflower kernels
1 tbsp poppy seed
1/2 cup Light raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp Dijon mustard

Directions

1.  Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.

2.  Mix together all remaining ngredients and add to broccoli mixture, toss to coat.

3.  Refrigerate 4 hours before serving.  May be stored in refrigerator up to 24
hours before serving.

Yield: 8 servings
Serving Size = 1 cup per serving.
