Ingredients

Buffalo Chicken Bites - Great Low Carb Appetizer Made With Tender Chicken Breast , Sour Cream, Pepper Sauce, And Cheese.

 

1 boneless skinless chicken breast half (4 oz.), cooked, finely chopped
3 Tbsp.  Breakstone's Reduced Fat or Knudsen Light Sour Cream
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
48   Ritz Low Sodium Crackers
1/4 cup Crumbled Blue Cheese

 

Directions

COMBINE first 3 ingredients; spoon onto crackers.

TOP with cheese.

SERVE immediately.
